  • Currently, our merch can land in the US, Canada, Mexico, and El Salvador, thanks to our production hubs in North America. We're also laying the groundwork to start manufacturing in Europe - so our EU friends, stay tuned! We charge a flat shipping rate of $4.95 for all items, but if your order tops $89, we'll ship it for free.

When will I receive my order?

  • We typically take 1-3 days to process orders, not counting weekends. If you're shopping from within the USA, your order should reach you in about 7-10 working days. For our international customers, your items will take a bit longer, arriving within 10-15 working days.

Where is my order?

  • Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your package.Β

  • Absolutely! At MoonPrint, protecting the environment is a priority. We employ Swedish Coloreel embroidery technology, which drastically reduces water usage by 97% compared to traditional methods. Wherever feasible, we opt for eco-friendly products, utilizing organic or recycled cotton for our prints and embroidery. Plus, we prioritize green transportation methods to minimize our carbon footprint. So we have it covered if you care. And if you don't, that's fine too.Β 

How are your products made?

  • Our products are created on-demand when you place an order. This approach is not only more sustainable but also avoids the need for excess inventory across the globe. By producing goods this way, we help reduce overproduction. Thank you for making responsible purchasing choices!

What do I do if I received a defective order?

  • We strive for the highest quality in all our products, but if something slipped past our checks and you received a defective item, we apologize for the inconvenience.
